Reopening[edit]

While I agree that a Bill for reopening was passed, I think that with a reopening we should follow the practice we do for opening a new institute, namely, we should not change the text until the institute is operational. As of today I cannot find evidence this institute has staff and students. --Muhandes (talk) 09:06, 13 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
