I propose that Hanut Singh be merged into Rao Raja Hanut Singh. The current set up is such that it causes confusion with the page of the Indian Army officer, Hanut Singh Rathore. While editing the latter page, looking at all the sources, I saw that the latter's name was also in fact Hanut Singh (especially on the citation for hi Maha Vir Chakra)ElSidCampeador (talk) 08:13, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Someone appears to have done a redirect which voided the above proposal. I spotted this when moving the Hanut Singh Rathore article to Hanut Singh (soldier), per WP:COMMONNAME. We really should avoid royal titles in article titles, which is why the redirect happened in 2009. - Sitush (talk) 11:40, 25 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
