Is this guy still alive?[edit]

Is he still alive? I see no death date on the page

---There is a date now posted (June 14, '09). My question is, is the background information on Hans Thomsen correct? Just read in elmundo.es that Hans Thomsen was the Nazi regime chief in Spain from 1939-1945. Two albums with over 400 pictures belonging to Thomsen have been found at the home of a 90 year old man who was asked to keep them when Thomsen left Spain after the end of WWII.
