Does anyone but me remember the pressure hull of an old submarine which rested near the southern tunnel entrance during the late 1950s and early '60s?

Rumor that it was a WWI German submarine was probably wrong, but I never identified it, or how it got there.

tunnel pictures[edit]

We have a very good picture from inside the tunnel in the infobox File:Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel.jpg. An IP is attempting to add File:Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel - on Interstate 64 Eastbound - panoramio (2).jpg? As the caption says, it's just "Another photo of the tunnel part", and a bad quality one at that. I don't see how that blurred photo of the inside of the tunnel adds anything useful over what the clear infobox picture gives us.

This IP has been making similar additions of poor quality images to a number of tunnel articles. Meters (talk) 19:44, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
