This article does not, or does not any longer, seem to me to have any bias whatever (by present editing guidelines). There could suitably be substantial overlap between enyclopaedia articles and text that one might find in a promotional brochure. Nothing in the present article seems to me particularly unsuitable for the former (or the latter). Moreover, based on my personal residential experience, it seems to be an accurate and helpful article. Perhaps it is time to move to deeming the dispute resolved?
