Should the title be changed? First, there are several other Mumford's conjectures in mathematics, and second, the article Haboush's theorem (linked from reductive group) redirects here. I think we should make up our mind whether to call the fact that certain groups are geometrically reductive either Haboush's theorem or Mumford's conjecture (depending on what's more standard in the field?), but be consistent throughout.
