Speedy deletion[edit]

I am surprised to see that the page I just created is considered as spam. I was exploring the culinary art page at Wikipedia and didn't see many culinary schools there, especially European ones. I know well the HRC Academy in Bulgaria and it is really the only professional culinary school on the Balkans, so please help me with information what can be considered as non-encyclopedic there and I will edit it. I've added references and rewritten the article in a neutral point of view. It shouldn't be deleted now. Cunard (talk) 05:35, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
