Doesn't qualify under WP:NASTRO[edit]

Per the Request for Expert Attention, I have looked at this article, and as soon as I track down how to do so (I've never done it before) I am nominating it for deletion. SIMBAD returns only 17 references mentioning the star, all of them being catalog-type papers wherein at least dozens of stars were surveyed wholesale. There seems little remarkable about HD 199442 = HR 8017 = HIC 103414, etc. This star is a random K giant star of no special interest at all. BSVulturis (talk) 16:40, 15 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Returning from reading the guideline in WP:NASTRO, and the long archived discussion in its talk page, I see that items in the HR catalog have been defined to be notable, even when they pass all the criteria listed further down the page qualifying an item for deletion as non-notable.
