Could it be older?[edit]

I found this document. It mentions a "Open-ended Group of Friends in Defence of the Charter of the United Nations" in 2019. The UN website links to undocs.org here so I think it's an officially sanctioned website. Can someone confirm if Angola has left?[edit]
