I received permission from the owner to modify and post this article to Wikipedia. Also elements of the article from which most of this content was derived, is out of date. Notwithstanding the above, we are pretty jumpy about copyright violations here - as you've no doubt seen on your talk page, the article was tagged for speedy deletion this morning.
