Notability in question[edit]

The sources that are present are NOT nearly enough to demonstrate that this topic meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines for organizations.

- this is from a web site that promotes tourism in North Carolina. Hardly a "reliable, independent source."

- this is from a web site that promotes downtown Greensboro. Hardly a "reliable, independent source."

- These are first-party sources and don't count towards demonstrating notability

- this is a letter-to-the-editor from a local news outlet. Sorry, it doesn't count.

For what it's worth, MOST local dance troupes do not meet Wikipedia's Notability guidelines. Relevant guidelines can be found at WP:Notability, WP:General notability guidelines, and Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies). davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 03:37, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
