hidden parts[edit]

Is the star vertex hidden under a false vertex? I'd like to see a cutaway or semitransparent model. —Tamfang (talk) 05:01, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It is peculiar. All 26 vertices, 72 edges, and 48 faces are visible, seemingly to imply no intersecting elements, making it topologically identical to the Catalan disdyakis dodecahedron. Perhaps edges and faces extend inwards, connecting to an opposite visible vertex? Tom Ruen (talk) 20:11, 28 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
