Book[edit]

The 2011 book appears to be a self-published item (Amazon Digital Services is not a publisher, as the text here misleadingly implies). This section should be revised to clarify this--or possibly removed altogether, if the book is not notable enough.Jcejhay (talk) 15:46, 25 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
