Sahitya Akademi Fellowship[edit]

I've removed a sentence from the controversies section because the reference is not clear enough in providing a basis for the allegation beyond the writer's questions. It has also been alleged that Narang, who is not a creative writer, has used his influence in the Akademi to get the Sahitya Akademi Fellowship, Sahitya Akademi’s highest honour, given to sixteen finest living writers in India.^[1]
