Street View in India[edit]

Has nobody else noticed that Street View is now available in India? Mind you, it's limited to a few outlying districts in the Bangalore area, showing mostly holidaymaking facilities, but it's there. Kelisi (talk) 05:27, 12 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Jordan[edit]

Can someone kindly add Jordan?[1] --Makeandtoss (talk) 13:58, 24 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

References

Everything was removed[edit]

The entire list of places covered by Google Street View in Europe and Google Street View in Asia was removed by User:Staszek Lem claiming lack of references. But the list of covered places had references. On https://www.google.com/maps you can see that listed places are covered or not. This reference was maybe not properly formatted, but that should have been fixed. Now the list is gone, and therefore the reason to have a reference and probably the reason to have the article at all.--BIL (talk) 19:16, 17 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

People’s Republic of China national coverage[edit]

There is quite extensive Street View for China, including roadways and motorways, on a national scale. This has been the case for <years> now. The BIG issue is that the layer for the Road Maps & the Street View do not overlay each other, they have an offset mismatch by some hundred meters. Very nerve wracking to locate things using the map at times, because who knows which layer is more correct? Once again this has been going on for several years, but less years in time than the fact there is national coverage of China. The overlay mismatch is so bad, and for so long, that there are mapping apps now that have turned off their street view options for China until reconciled. But this Google, so who knows why, when, or whatever the plan is. 46.233.112.119 (talk) 11:04, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
