I fixed a character and now Saga City's contributions are not reflected in Zlatorog's history page. What happened?? (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&target=Saga_City) BT2 14:27, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Okay, it's back somehow. Nevermind...

Goldhorn[edit]

I've seen the Zlatorog mentioned as "Goldhorn" in many english texts, should the title be changed then? Nerby (talk) 15:13, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Another version[edit]

Previously there was a different version of the story in the article:

"Zlatorog had golden horns; the name means, literally, "Gold Horn" (zlati rog). Zlatorog, attended by three virgins, guarded a treasure hidden in a mountaintop garden. Many men tried to kill Zlatorog in order to steal the treasure. One day a greedy hunter came to steal the treasure, stalked Zlatorog, and shot him. The injured Zlatorog's blood ran for miles, carving out the mountains and lakes surrounding Triglav, the highest peak in the Julian Alps. At the scene, a lovely flower, the world's first edelweiss according to legend, grew out of the soil and gave Zlatorog his life back."

It was unreferenced so I removed it till references are found. --Eleassar my talk 16:12, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
