Untitled[edit]

This article seems to be in story form, as though it was taken from elsewhere. Does this merit cleanup? 67.171.194.78 01:24, 2 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Broken record[edit]

There's been a bigger cut diamond since 2004, an unnamed 555.55 carat fancy black. Guinness entry --Anshelm '77 21:46, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! Even I wasn't aware of that. 89.178.71.244 (talk) 10:08, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV[edit]

I removed the last two sentence as it put more oppinion than facts. underexpose 08:34, 17 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Who is Gabriel Arellano?[edit]

This article claims that a "Gabriel Arellano" put this diamond in his sceptre, but there's no Wikipedia entry on a Gabriel Arellano, and I've never heard of him.

I'm quite certain that it's a joke. 89.178.71.244 (talk) 10:09, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"His Majesty" and other stylish catastrophies[edit]

Part of this article was obviously written by an admirer of the current King of Thailand, as well as some high-end clerics. This is not encyclopaedic style at all. --130.92.9.58 12:20, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How do you know they are clerics? And do low-end clerics exist? LOL. Get a life. 89.178.71.244 (talk) 10:11, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

1,5 Billion USD[edit]

nice joke :-) thanks for the 5-Minutes-Laughing -- 88.66.123.87 (talk) 19:35, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with you. Totally unimaginable. Yes, Big Star of Africa is 1/5 smaller. However, it is of a much higher historic significance. And it is estimated at just $400 million. 89.178.71.244 (talk) 10:14, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Golden Jubilee Diamond[edit]

Golden Jubilee is a celebration or milestone. --Kohanga 17:00, 7 November 2013 (UTC)

Getting an image[edit]

All images for the diamond are copyrighted. I just used google advanced search. PointsofNoReturn (talk) 02:10, 4 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind. I found one from another wikipedia page. PointsofNoReturn (talk) 02:27, 4 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Largest such?[edit]

Does this remain the largest cut and faceted diamond with the sale of the Enigma diamond? Tilde tilde tilde tilde 107.77.232.60 (talk) 06:58, 25 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Link should read The Enigma (diamond), apologies. 107.77.232.60 (talk) 06:59, 25 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
