I propose that the article Morocco leather be merged into this article Goatskin (material). I think that the content of the Morocco leather article can easily be explained within the context of Goatskin (material), which is of reasonable size in which the merging of Morocco leather will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned. No: Unless morocco leather is the only thing made of goatskin (it's not), the separate articles should remain. 69.255.153.126 (talk) 11:22, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No: Conversely, unless all morocco leather is made from goatskin (it's not), there should be a separate article for morocco. Also, morocco is a much more popular term in the bookbinding trade than goatskin. GroveGuy (talk) 08:05, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No: 'Morocco leather' refers to the product originally/primarily obtained from Morocco. It has a specific cultural meaning, referring to the high quality product - not generic goat leather. Drpixie (talk) 07:55, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No: It should be kept as a separate article. Moroccan Leather has always been a standard of high quality leather, no matter what it was made into. Also, someone needs to correct the usage of Morocco in this article. The leather is from Morocco, therefore when referred to it has historically been called Moroccan Leather. Perhaps because Morocco no longer exists the use of the word "Moroccan" has been lost also. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.32.42.236 (talkcontribs) 19:51, 4 October 2013 UTC
I agree with you about the title of Morocco leather. I have created a new section to discuss this on the article's talk page. Jason Quinn (talk) 21:06, 4 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No, per Groveguy, and don't change the title either. Johnbod (talk) 02:30, 5 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
