Was that guy's tattoo at the beginning supposed to be the Flying Hellfish squad tattoo?

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Irrelevant[edit]

The "fish people" in this episode strongly resemble the Silurians from Doctor Who and go into the sea at the end of the episode in a very similar shot to the Sea Devils, or aquatic Silurians, in the 1972 Doctor Who story.

The concept of transformation into a fish-being is also the basis of H. P. Lovecraft's 1931 story "The Shadow Over Innsmouth," though in Lovecraft's story, such beings are created through interbreeding with Deep Ones, offspring and servants of Dagon, an ancient and mysterious fish-god.

So? What's that got to do with Buffy. Removed
