Photography item in controversy section...[edit]

I am considering deleting the second item in the controversy section. In short the matter was subject of a complaint which was found proven and the officer received a written warning. [1] The article is about Gloucestershire Constabulary and what happened at this incident is not part of Gloucestershire Constabulary policy or permitted method of operation. The officer was wrong and was disciplined accordingly. There is too much weight given to this relatively minor incident (which was dealt with) compared to the subject matter of the article - a police force with over 150 year history. Gloucestershire Constabulary have hundreds of thousands of positive contacts with the public each year and a fair balance needs to be struck which at present the inclusion of this item, it isn't striking. In comparison the first item in this section, around discrimination, could be more fairly argued to be more appropriate for the article as it focuses on an organisational issue which effected many people. Thoughts anyone? Bowchaser (talk) 14:09, 7 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Agree (I see you have already removed it). I had already reduced it as it had clearly been written by someone with a grudge. Philafrenzy (talk) 09:28, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
