Objectivity?[edit]

While Gift of Gab may indeed be a totally awesome rapper, this page is not very objective. It paints a pretty glowing picture using as it sources, three articles from allmusic.com. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.193.179.54 (talk) 20:33, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Birth year[edit]

While most sources are reporting that he was 50 years old, no high-quality sources that I can find give his birth year as 1970. Any sources that specify his full birthdate give October 7, 1971. Presumably what's happened is that when his death was reported (for example by Billboard or NY Post) only his birth year (1971) was known to the reporter, who then incorrectly assumed he was 50, not realising his actual birthday was later in the year and that he was still 49 at the time of his death. Sources that specify his full birthdate: XXL, Guardian, and Rolling Stone, who all also contradict themselves by reporting his age as 50. - Forty.4 (talk) 14:57, 26 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
