Contradictory statement[edit]

The article states: "The first sighting of the Ghost Ship of Northumberland Strait dates back to 1786, however, there is no known written record of when the ship was first seen." How can we have a specific year and no written account? Boneyard90 (talk) 11:00, 25 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
