It is described as "exactly" 13 minutes 14 seconds long. This is an oddly specific claim - and is also just a worthless factoid, unless we explain the reason and give a specific reference proving that every performance (past and future) must necessarily be exactly this length. The precise duration in seconds of one single performance (even the first one) is irrelevant, unless the composer explicitly requires all performances to be exactly that length - or, for example, if there's a technical reason such as a pre-made recording that every performance must fit with.
