Inconsistencies with Up[edit]

A time card in the film states "One Week Later", but Carl and Russell's trip to South America lasted no longer than three days.

Really? Are you just counting days and nights shown in the film, or travel time by balloon to and by dirigible from South America? It takes two days to drive from New Mexico to California (under the speed limit). More time could have elapsed during Carl's "nap" (it's uncertain how long he slept, since he's old), and we don't see how long it took to fly back. Anyway, I'm betting the writing team provided the production team with a timeline. --75.173.154.18 (talk) 01:13, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources[edit]

WP:Manual of Style (film)#Adaptation from source material discourages lists of differences from a source material. Although, if there are references to a reliable secondary source (someone else noting the differences), this section could be okay, but it would still need to be rewritten within a "reception" section.  Chickenmonkey  00:26, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
