Montague Township and George Montagu[edit]
Likely not named after the 4th Duke. He wasn't significant enough at the age of 22 when the township was named in 1759. Most likely named for a previous Montagu/Montague ancetor who was prominent in 1759 or before.ColonelHenry (talk) 20:50, 22 June 2012 (UTC)
