Strange quote from this article all over the internet[edit]

I was reading this article and the following phrase looked unusual, a bit copyedit like so I googled it "This article will go through a wide range of topics of the geography of the state of". Very strange results, it is all over the place, specifically "...the state of Alamaba" has 859 matches most of which seem to be pages of random sentences, for example <http://www.w-s-e.de/suche/pages/doc/en/john39s-university-the-college-of-new-rochelle-and-pratt-institute.htm>. All of these pages have the same general structure. Not sure what to make of this but just mentioning it in case it is some bizarre cloaking technique to make a phrase un googlable. It reminds me of padding that I have seen in spam emails. Probably nothing to do with this article but just incase anyone else does a similar investigation I thought it was worth noting.
