Price of replacement[edit]

- Depends on which country you are in (US, Germany, Australia, etc), engine options, age of car (do they keep stock of engines for 20 year old cars), how big a fee the dealer can rip out of you, etc. Too many variables to list in a encyclopedia article. Opel BX10 stroke[edit]
The Opel table at the end shows some BX10 engines having a stroke of 77.7 mm and some having a stroke of 77.4 mm, with both shown as 999 cc. A stroke of 77.7 mm should have a capacity of 1003 cc. No references are given. I suspect that one of the stroke measurements is wrong, possibly copied from a source that had bad rounding between metric and imperial (probably the source converted it in one direction with some rounding and then WP converted it back again with compounded rounding).
