Active Public Consumer-Related Investigation

Does anyone know whether this civil case is appropriate for Wikipedia? I'd appreciate an answer from someone who isn't spamming this product ;) --Wayniac (talk) 18:37, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

The case has been closed, FFI won. [1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Notizia vera (talkcontribs) 20:31, 8 February 2013 (UTC)

Claims and quotes in lead

The lead states that certain claims are "currently under civil investigation by the Office of the Attorney General of Florida". One cannot use the term "currently", unless it is accurate. One way to support the claim would be a link to a case, with some information indicating that it is still open. There is a link, but the link is dead. OTRS has received information explaining that when a case is closed, the link is removed. I do not have enough information to know whether that is true, but I see a claim that case is open, and I do not see any supporting evidence. This is not a casual claim, so I strongly suggest that someone needs to find supporting evidence or it should be removed. I also see a specific quote, which is sourced to a site that states: " I have now (November 2012) decided to close this website down." Someone either needs to find another source for this quote or remove it.

Does anyone disagree?--SPhilbrick(Talk) 22:58, 7 March 2013 (UTC)

Seeing no disagreement, I will make a change.--SPhilbrick(Talk) 17:02, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
