From the owner[edit]

Hey, this is Tony Mobily, I created Free Software Magazine. I took the tag about lack of references off... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mercmobily (talkcontribs) 16:18, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Free Software Daily[edit]

Towards the end of 2007 FSDaily and Free Software Magazine were no longer directly connected. As such it may be prudent to remove the FSDaily stuff from this page and start a new page (if it is considered noteworthy) for FSD. Crimperman (talk) 13:42, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Citation needed[edit]

I think it's all about done... can the tag be removed? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Andrewmin (talkcontribs) 19:23, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blogs[edit]

Probably should mention that blogs are becoming a bigger part of the web site... Scott Carpenter 20:26, 11 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

We Recommend?[edit]

The "If you like this we also recommend" heading seems a bit Hitchhiker's Guide to me. I reckon it should probably be "See Also" - any thoughts? --Ruaraidh-dobson 22:27, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What Makes a Magazine a Magazine?[edit]

Looks like the most recent issue of FSM is #22, in 2008. Since that date, isn't it more fairly described as just a Web site, irrespective of the site's name? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.144.195.190 (talk) 08:31, 25 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:FSM cover issue 011.gif[edit]

Image:FSM cover issue 011.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This magazine seems to be defunct[edit]

Their latest post is from June, 2015 (~2 years old). Hence, the article needs to be edited accordingly, and this needs to be mentioned.
