I am a direct decendant of the late Dino Fabbri and 'approve' the English translation and it's contents as verifiable. (Gibi789 (talk) 21:35, 3 March 2009 (UTC))[reply]

you can't "approve" the content translated by yourself (or whatever c&p from google translate). Matthew hk (talk) 19:39, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect[edit]

This page has a 'redirect' error which opens to this page RCS Media Group when searching for Editori Fabbri. Please correct it as I am sure it is unintentional. Gibi789 (talk) 17:49, 8 September 2009 (UTC)gibi789Gibi789 (talk) 17:49, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, it wasn’t unintentional; nor was it an error. An editor who felt that the article was unencyclopedic believed that the redirect was more appropriate. I disagreed and removed the redirect. Nevertheless, he did have a point: the article is woefully short of citations, its tone verges on the promotional, and there is too much family history that is tangential to the subject of the article. The task now, if the article is to be retained, is to recast, improve and reference it. (See next section.) Ian Spackman (talk) 09:04, 9 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reference materials[edit]

We now have three sources which can be used to recast, improve and reference the article, though two, unfortunately, are in Italian:

I apologize if the english translation of the italian original: http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fratelli_Fabbri_Editori," does not meet with certain criteria. This may be due to the fact that I am not the author of the original, simply the translator as well as a Fabbri family member. I appreciate any further assistance working with this page. However, if I may caution, altering the text signficantly would not represent a translation but a rewrite and I am not sure that this would be ethical.
