Merge this article with Frame Problem?[edit]

The Frame problem article covers the same info as this one. There isn't a philosophical frame problem and an AI frame problem, they are really the same problem and there is no significant division in the literature on what the problem is nor on the solutions. If you look at the article for Frame Problem in the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy it covers the same info as the Frame problem article. IMO there is no need for this article on the frame problem from a philosophical view and it could just be deleted. If anyone disagrees please speak up.
