Cold War[edit]

The building did not become a headquarters for the Department of Civil Defense "because of the Cold War". It was converted for this use because the Department of Civil Defense needed a new headquarters.Royalcourtier (talk) 03:51, 27 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
