Delhaize

It should be noted that Food Lion is part of the European Delhaize food conglomerate. Googling for Delhaize will find you some Food Lion logos that say "Delhaize" There is no European Delhazize, just Delhaize group

Further Delhaize did not take over Food Lion in 1974. I worked for the company from 1979 until 1984, and it was independent for most, of not all of that time. Delhaize came later, perhaps 1984. Edcetera (talk) 13:18, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
