Talk:Florida's 2nd congressional district

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Florida's 2nd congressional district's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "FL-RESULTS":

  • From David Jolly: "November 4, 2014 General Election Official Results". Florida Department of State Division of Elections. Retrieved January 1, 2015.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 03:00, 7 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Tallahassee & District 2[edit]

This line: "includes many of the suburbs of Tallahassee, the state capital" from the intro strikes me as a bit misleading because, in fact, a significant chunk of Tallahassee itself is part of the district. As written, the line makes it sound like the city itself is carved out of the district, which isn't entirely true. Jcb9 (talk) 22:59, 1 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Interesting point. Did you want to change it? If so, go ahead and see what happens. Be bold!GoldRingChip 01:43, 2 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
