I think it is worth noting that Northern Finland; mainly Oulu region has great deal of underground rappers, which easily surpasses Helsinki and rest of southern Finland combined.
For example: Oulu: Julma Henri, Panama Rayo with his alter egos (puukko allu), Leijona (nowadays Lion de la Vega), Perusjätkät (ganja rap group) etc.
Rovaniemi: Soppa/puukko B, Hannibal and so on.
