translating[edit]

In the process of translating this article from the German and gathering info from outside sources. This could take a while, but the article is being worked on. - Che Nuevara 03:05, 26 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Film Assessment HeadquartersFilm Review Office — This term is a translation of Filmprüfstelle, which also appears elsewhere on the Internet as Film Review Office. The logic of the German term indicates that these are offices - censorship boards - and, after all, one can't have two headquarters. I have already edited the article to reflect this. I am a certified translator translating a book about Disney and the Nazis, and my professional judgment is that Film Review Office is a more accurate translation. - Dr. Geoff Koby 66.61.25.91 (talk) 17:34, 12 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Support - although I would have thought that "Office of Film Review" would carry the nuance of an official department better than "Film Review Office", but either are better than the current title. --RexxS (talk) 20:54, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
