i'd like to merge the sub-pages into this article... the individual awards are not notable enough on their own -- Aunva6talk - contribs 17:24, 4 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Strong support - inappropriate to have so many separate pages for a 4-year old award. Maybe after 40 years. If nothing else most of them would fail notability and be AfD. -- GreenC 18:30, 4 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Title[edit]

@59Efra and Baskesc:, Could the English-language name "Feroz Awards" be justified for the article's title rather than the current one "Premios Feroz" (and I understand, this should apply to the several articles depending on this article). Feroz Awards could be in principle better, although to be honest I am not seeing many English-language sources for either of them, as the online English-language coverage of the awards seems to be spotty at best, so that circumstance can cast doubt into any title. I've just found the following English-language sources: "Feroz Awards" at the Daily Mail (UK-based), "Feroz Awards" at EuroWeekly News (Spain-based) and "Premios Feroz" at Hola! USA (US-based?). I am not seeing either a particular advice/guideline about this issue in Wikipedia:WikiProject Awards so it all comes down to assess WP:UE with the paltry number of English-language sources we may gather.--Asqueladd (talk) 06:40, 11 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

US-based entertainment industry publications Variety (https://variety.com/2021/tv/global/hbo-max-movistar-plus-perfect-life-leticia-dolera-1234882734/) and The Hollywood Reporter (https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/isabel-coixet-premieres-hbo-series-foodie-love-1264073) have referred to them as Feroz Awards in articles that do not directly cover the awards. Thanks, Baskesc. I tentatively lean towards renaming although I would like to read 59Efra's input.--Asqueladd (talk) 04:07, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. None of the few English-language sources available refer to the awards by their full Spanish name, so renaming the page and those of the ceremonies would be the best manner to avoid any possible confusion in my opinion.59Efra (talk) 09:35, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, I will procceed with renamings.--Asqueladd (talk) 08:04, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
