Article Revamping and Edits[edit]

For the past month, I have researched the Federal Hill location in Forest, Virginia. On the page, I have added an architectural analysis and historical background. I also rewrote the lead to reflect the new content. Specifically, I explored the historical importance of the life of James Steptoe and his friendship with Thomas Jefferson.

At the end of the article, I added another section on the Calloway-Steptoe Cemetery. This section could profit from additional work. Additionally, photo images were incredibly difficult to locate, as the property still remains in private ownership.
