hyphenated nouns[edit]

This text contained the hyphenation: "highly-reputed". This is a common misconception to hyphenate an adverb modifying a noun, in this case the noun "teacher". "Highly" is an adverb modifying the adjective "reputed" and therefore a hyphen is not only not needed it is in error.
