Melbourne restaurant: more prominent and durable than currently stated?[edit]

Article doesn't seem to mention the existence of a Fast Eddy's restaurant operating at 32 Bourke St Melbourne, Victoria from at least 1991. Instead it is suggested only that a Victorian outlet arrived "by 2001", operated "briefly" (along with expansion into other states) and disappeared a year later in mass closures -- this is misleading. Apparently the Somas Bros purchased the Bourke St premises in 1985 (https://www.afr.com/property/fast-eddys-quick-sale-19980508-k844j), only a few years after starting their famous Perth business. The 24hr Melbourne restaurant was a famous social fixture for at least a decade (ate there myself). Info about name[edit]

I've removed the following information about the Fast Eddys name because it is unsourced/weakly sourced. It can be readded if a reliable source is found:

It was rumoured that Fast Eddys took its name from the Paul Newman fictional character (Fast) Eddie Felson from the 1961 US drama film The Hustler, although there are no sources to prove this. It was in fact, named after one of the original founding partners, Eddy Jonaitis who passed away in 1999. Source, “The West Australian”, Pearce, 1999z
