Colorize boxes?[edit]

I've recently finished updating Template:Kim Jong-il family where I started by converting a non-colored chart to a colored one. I think it makes the chart MUCH easier to read. I find that using male or female symbols is an inferior method (except perhaps for printing purposes on a black-n-white printer). It is quite time consuming to convert such charts but it may be worth it. Jason Quinn (talk) 16:12, 22 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Mothers of emperors Annei through Kogen[edit]

Masako Sen[edit]

Takahito, Prince Mikasa and Yuriko, Princess Mikasa's second daughter Masako Sen seems to be missing. The other three daughters of Emperor Meiji and Sachiko Sono, who are Princess Masako Takeda, Fusako Kitashirakawa, and Princess Nobuko Asaka are also missing. 73.110.217.186 (talk) 04:16, 21 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Adding clans[edit]

I added some of the clans from Family tree of Japanese deities but I have not been able to get the Haji clan or Inbe clan to fit yet. Can anyone help with adding them?

That’s a lot of inbreeding[edit]

I mean I can see children of children of children of siblings marry each other and whatnot… even after generations and that’s kinda weird giving that the current imperial family (living) is flourishing… just saying it’s interesting (This is my signature) (talk) 20:14, 29 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Jumpycamel Their recent inbreeding may actually be a cause of there being only one male heir left. Even the Shinnōke lines are mostly exhausted with the exception of Fushimi-no-miya which split off in 1406. Immanuelle ❤️💚💙 (please tag me) 21:34, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Fujiwara no Nariko[edit]

Fujiwara no Nariko is connected to Tokudaiji Saneyoshi (1117-1173) and Tokudaiji Kinyoshi (1115-1161) in the family tree, but they aren't mentioned in the Fujiwara no Nariko article. Are they related, or should the line not connect to her? --Yodin^T 13:35, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
