Arabic and Urdu versions[edit]

I have just reverted an unexplained change to these versions by an IP editor, but I cannot read these languages so have no idea what the changes mean or why they might have been made. If there are any Arabic- or Urdu-speaking editors here, can you please discuss and reach consensus on how this name should be written in each language?
