How to indicate several Fairview Townships

I added disambiguation at the top to refer people to Fairview Township, Pennsylvania. However, that itself is a disambiguation page listing five Fairview Townships. Is there a better way to show the reader looking for one of these Fairviews that there are several townships? The way it is written now, it looks like there is only one township.
