Shallow, merchantile entry[edit]

What is so lame about the Wiki entry for this song is that ostensibly the only thing that really matters regarding this song is how much money it made, and how high up the rankings it got. There should at least be an entry talking about the meaning of the song, the lyrics, the context and how it relates to the French horror movie of the same name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.71.29.7 (talk) 20:13, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

First Crossover Metal Rap?[edit]

What would you think of my theory of this song being the first crossover (music) track in history? What do I mean by that: Ew/oAF features a rap part at the end of the track long preceding Faith No More's Epic (song) and long before Red Hot Chili Peppers or anyone else started combining rap with electric guitars. • Uh. Well, the only problem with that would be that this isn't metal, and I wouldn't really consider that bit of the song to be "rap." Snarfies 23:49, 15 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
More to the point, if its your theory, and has not been published in a significant music magazine, book or weblog, then its original research, and cannot be added here. See you back here when you are as famous as Lester Bangs!Mercurywoodrose (talk) 03:25, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
