Third picture[edit]

On the third pictures captions, it says "applied under the eye" but it is on the upper lid too.--74.173.149.237 (talk) 21:56, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request for comparison picture[edit]

I think it would be wise to put a comparison picture into this article to show the aesthetic and optical effect of eye liner. Picture should show a young girl, preferably a teenager (because they are the most frequent and avid users of eyeliner especially without other cosmetics), maybe showcasing the same face without eye liner, with light usage of eye liner and with heavy usage of eye liner (like in the emo or goth subcultures). In my opinion it really changes how one looks, completely changing a childish face into a mature-looking face for example. --Rev L. Snowfox (talk) 10:42, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Term[edit]

The page is headed "Eye liner" (two words) but uses "eyeliner" a lot in the text. (I came to this page to see which is correct!) Need to decide which is right, and stick with it. (If they are BOTH right, this should be made clear. eg. "...eye liner (also eyeliner)..." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.194.238.31 (talk) 12:12, 23 January 2012
