Towards the end of the documentary there is a five-minute section on "Exit" (it is the third last song discussed). During the section, Lanois and Bono are experimenting with the different elements of the track. At one point a guitar, quite distinct from The Edge's, can be heard. Lanois says "That's Bono's guitar", to which Bono gives a laugh and says "That's the first time anyone has ever said that". The identical guitar part can be heard in the song from 1:55 to about 2:05. If you're not looking out for it, it is easily missed in the song, but it is there nonetheless. You even note that he had the guitar in that old discussion section.
