Excitebike 64[edit]

Shouldn't Excitebike 64 have it's own seperate page? Andrzejbanas 04:25, 4 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Opening music[edit]

There are at least 3 version of the opening music, each only slightly different. PrometheusX303 08:20, 31 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Saving tracks from the VC version?[edit]

Is it possible to save tracks created in the Virtual Console version of this game? Jeff Silvers 23:35, 27 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind; I downloaded the game today, and you can, in fact, save a track to the system. It appears somebody has already edited the article to this effect, anyway. Jeff Silvers 01:16, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I expanded on it![edit]

You never mentioned how it was one of the programmable series. I expanded on it but the admins deleted it. Admins are so queer!

Super mode in Vs. Excitebike[edit]

In the section of the article that talks about Mario Excitebike, it says "The concept of the game was unchanged except for a "SUPER" mode where the player has unlimited turbo". While, of course, SUPER mode was not present in the original game, it was first introduced in Vs. Excitebike, and was then carried over to Mario Excitebike. It even had the same way of activation(clip 5 CPU players). Is this worth adding into the article?

Excite Boxing[edit]

Why is there no mention of Excite Boxing in the article? The only other NES Excite game bar Vs.--Guru Larry (talk) 04:29, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Likely since it does not appear to be directly related to this game. It seems to me to be a boxing game that just happens to use the word Excite with no connection to this game.--76.69.169.220 (talk) 23:26, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hatnote[edit]

Can someone explain the hatnote? What is the connection between Mario Excite Bike and Kirby's Adventure? --Mika1h (talk) 21:05, 25 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I removed it since it seems pointless. The section that Mario Excite Bike redirects to does not mention Kirby or any of his games, nor does the Kirby's Adventure article mention Mario Excite Bike or even Mario. If someone wishes to add it again they should explain the reason that someone typing Mario Excite Bike would be looking for Kirby's Adventure.--70.49.74.113 (talk) 04:09, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
