Fair use rationale for Image:BernardCornwell Excalibur.jpg[edit]

Image:BernardCornwell Excalibur.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 01:51, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Book title[edit]

Why is this article entitled 'Excalibur: A Novel of Arthur'? Neither of the other two books in the trilogy has the additional clause in their article title, yet both have the words 'A Novel of Arthur' on their front covers. Surely there should be some consistency? I think the clause should be removed from this one. From looking at the front covers of the books, I really don't think they're part of the title. --Whoosher (talk) 22:15, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct. All of the books in the series bear the tagline "A novel of Arthur" at the bottom of the cover, yet the other two articles do not include this phrase in their titles. "A novel of Arthur" isn't part of the book's title, nor is it a subtitle. If it belongs here, it belongs in all three articles. If it doesn't belong on the other two articles, it doesn't belong here. 12.233.146.130 (talk) 21:07, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Synopsis[edit]

It has really terrible grammar, and should be rewritten.192.249.47.177 (talk) 17:27, 15 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
