"The Court"[edit]

The first paragraph refers to "the Court" but it is not immediately clear which court this is referring to. I will hazard a guess it is the US Supreme Court but I hope someone can clarify. 119.154.144.129 (talk) 21:52, 24 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
