Updated reference[edit]

Just putting this here for reference in case anyone is curious about it. Some old pages hosted by the University of Manchester have been moved or re-created. The new source is being input to the page but in the meantime I am putting the old reference here, since the archived link still works (but is a less relevant source). Additionally I am removing the "additional citations" template. No problems if someone puts it back, but it seems to me it is much better referenced now (not taking credit, others have added too!). --gobears87 (talk) 03:11, 4 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
